The best coffee at the price
The perfect electricity free coffee brewer, all you need is fresh ground coffee
and hot water. Probably the best way to manually brew coffee, has made this a world
renowned coffee maker.
There are several reasons why AeroPress coffee tastes so good:
- Total immersion of the grounds in the water results in:
- rapid yet robust extraction of flavour.
- extraction at a moderate temperature (94°C) recommended, resulting in a smoother brew.
- Air pressure method:
- shortens filtering time to 20 seconds. This avoids the bitterness of long
processes such as drip brewing.
- gently squeezes the last goodness from the grounds, further enriching the flavor.
- Lower brewing temperature and short brew time meanss the acid level of the brew is much
lower than conventional brewers. Laboratory pH testing measured AEROPRESS brew's
acid as less than one fifth that of regular drip brew. The low acid is confirmed by coffee
lovers who report that AEROPRESS brew is friendlier to their stomachs.

Frothing Jug (Pitcher) and Temp Gauge
Keen to make a perfect cappuccino. Well then these are the tools of the trade.
Whether you are using a Jura to froth or frothing
with your steam wand having these goodies makes it a treat
As a guide this is what you do
- Please a small amount of milk at the bottom of the jug, just below the spout is an indication
- If you have a Jura
- Pour the milk jub into the milk
- start the frothing process, frothing back into the milk jug
- when 60°C is reached (or the milk has trippled in size) turn off the steam
- if using a steam wand:
- Submerse the steam wand in the milk
- turn on the steam
- lower jug slowly until wand is just about to come out, you will hear a pisth noise
- raise the jug and repeat the lowering hearing the noise until the temperature gauge
indicates 40°C then if it is a 4 spout wand submerse in the middle of the jug, otherwise
submerse to the side of the jug
- froth until around 60-70°C before the milk starts to souffle
- let the frothed milk settle while you prepare the espresso
